Leesa Nieland
Owner
I have been involved in animal husbandry from the time I was 19 years old and have never looked back. As a USDA breeder trying to make a difference in the industry, I saw a need to collaborate with others and create a one-of-a-kind space for your dogs to have a safe, loving, calm environment to stay, relax, play and recharge. This is a lifestyle, not a job and our love and dedication is seen every day here. I have hand selected the staff for their love of animals and ability to relate with them and provide the very best care. I hope you can rest easy knowing that you finally have a place where your best friend can build lasting relationships and feel as if The Pawlished Dog is their second home when they're away from home.
Kim Liske
General Manager
Leesa's unoffical daughter, has been working with Leesa for the better part of 10 years. She has a passion for all animals, and displays amazing attention to detail. Kim is Leesa's right hand gal with a "master's degree" in kennel cleaning and organization. You will understand when you meet her and see how she immediately connects with your dog. She will keep you informed throughout your dog's stay using our Gingr app and is worth her weight in dog biscuits. We honestly can't say enough good things about Kim.
Sandra Richards
Salon Manager
Our salon manager Sandra has several years experience and certifications ranging from skin and coat health, grooming geriatric dogs, to grooming difficult dogs and is currently in the process of becoming a nationally certified master groomer. She ensures our team learns the newest and best protocols for every dog and coat type. Sandra has experience working with veterinary dermatologists and treating dermatological conditions ranging from allergy relief to regrowing coat. With certification in grooming geriatric dogs she understands the unique needs of older dogs. Her gentle approach and specialized techniques help the older dogs feel comfortable and well cared for.
